Melvis Harris, a father is charged with second-degree murder for protecting his daughter and killing a man.
The 41-year-old arrived at QT with his daughter. She got up to use the restroom, and a man followed her from behind and tried to enter the stall in the women’s bathroom.
The security took the man outside and the girl recognized him. The father told the officers that they would deal with it by themselves.
Melvis harris punched the man several times in the face and left with his daughter. The man suffered a brain injury and died from the stroke a few days later.
