Doctor Explains Why Women Should Stop Peeing In The Shower

We are not here to shame anyone, but to say what is true and explained by doctors. In fact, there are plenty of people who pee in the shower.

A survey showed that 80% of the people admitted to peeing in the shower. It seems like a harmless habit, but doctors are advising against it.

Dr. Alicia Jeffrey Thomas shared on her TikTok account @scrambledjam that this habit is very bad for our health.

Gynecologist Dr. Stacey Picart explains that if your pelvic floor muscles are tight, you prevent your bladder from emptying completely and this can make you prone to urinary tract infections.

We are getting our bodies used to unhealthy practices.
