This makes our blood pressure increase together with our heart rate. A lot of times it has been proved as the lead cause of heart attacks.

You can catch a cold very easily if you are in a stressful situation. It is not always the weather.
3. Skin issues
If you have existing skin issues you should know that stress can worsen them. It can create acne or wrinkles.
4. Hair problems
If you are experiencing hair loss it doesn’t necessarily mean you are sick. It is probably the stress.
5. Weight issues
Stress produces a lot of adrenaline which makes our metabolism run fast. As a consequence, you lose weight.
6. Stomachache
Stomachache is a very common symptom of stress. It makes our digestive system more sensitive.
7. Headaches
Another symptom of the presence of stress is having headaches. You can temporarily cure it with painkillers. But in the long run, it can turn into a migraine.
8. Insomnia
There are a lot of reasons that cause insomnia and stress is one of them. It makes it hard to sleep because of the high activity in the nervous system.
9. Less sex drive
if you experience a lot of stress there is a high probability that it will lower your sex drive.
10. Less focus
The presence of stress makes it hard for you to focus. It can affect your career, your study, or your life in general.
