According to a Facebook post from the Sheriff’s Department, authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Claudio Domingo Barrera, the alleged perpetrator of the dogs for animal cruelty, after researchers alerted police to the inhumane conditions of the Shih Tzu were. being kept.
Photos show water and food containers were tied to the corners of the dogs’ cages waiting for food and water, but when the sheriff’s office and Jim Wells County Pets Alive rescued the animals on Friday, there was little food and water for the dogs. Shih Tzu.
